SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE THIRD NATIONAL CONVENTION - SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT (RTC) CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 30 - 31, 1997, AT THE BAGUIO COUNTRY CLUB, BAGUIO CITY

The REGIONAL TRIAL COURT (RTC) CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. will hold its Third National Convention - Seminar and Election of Officers on January 30 - 31, 1997 , at the Baguio Country Club, Baguio City .

All clerks of court of the Regional Trial Courts are authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge.

Attendance shall be on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the convention-seminar.
