INCLUSION OF EXECUTIVE JUDGE EDWIN A. VILLASOR, AS ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANT TO THE SHORT-TERM COURSE ENTITLED "MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT COURSE FOR COURT ADMINISTRATORS" UNDER THE PAHRDF-SC PARTNERING AGREEMENT APPROVED UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 19-2006

WHEREAS, a Partnering Agreement was executed between the Philippines-Australia Human Resource Development Facility (PAHRDF) and the Supreme Court (SC) where the latter was chosen as one of its targeted institutions in the Philippines to be a recipient of both short-term and long-term scholarships and training programs offered by the Australian government through the PAHRDF which are primarily aimed at improving the capacity of the SC to help alleviate poverty and contribute towards a sustainable and equitable development;

v WHEREAS, pursuant to the said Agreement, funding support shall be provided by PAHRDF for the approved short-term and long-term scholarships and trainings, and the SC shall support the implementation of these activities under the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement;

WHEREAS, on February 20, 2006, the Honorable Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, approved the participation of selected officials of the Judiciary to a short-term training course entitled "Management Development Course for Court Administrators 7' which comprises of the following activities, each of which component shall be held on the schedule herein indicated:

WHEREAS, Executive Judge Edwin A. Villasor, Branch 265, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Pasig City, actually attended the first component but whose name was not included in A.C. No. 19-2006 which serves as the authority of the said participants;

WHEREAS, for such attendance, Executive Judge Villasor was allowed by the training provider to complete all of the components of the course;

WHEREAS , the SC was given ten (10) slots for this training program and in order to avail of such slots, Judge Villasor may be allowed to participate therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon recommendation of the PDC, Executive

Judge Edwin A. Villasor is hereby directed to attend and participate in all of the components of the "Management Development Course for Court Administrators," on the aforementioned dates, and that he be entitled to the same allowances which the other participants who are attending the course are made entitled to, under the authority granted them in A.C. No. 19-2006.
