ALL MEMBERS OF THE COURT PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT: AMENDMENT OF CIRCULAR NO. 35-2000 ON THE FOURTH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE PROSAPHIL

The Court Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold its Fourth National Convention and Seminar from 2 to 4 May 2001 (Wednesday to Friday) at the Dynasty Court Hotel and Restaurant, Cagayan de Oro City. Members of the PROSAPHIL who are interested are hereby authorized to attend this Fourth National Convention and Seminar on official time or on official business chargeable to local funds if offered and available.

It is understood that the PROSAPHIL shall comply with the provisions of (a) Section 12 of Republic Act No. 8557 establishing the Philippine Judicial Academy; and (b) PHILJA Memorandum Circular No. 1-99 on "Rules and Requirements pertaining to Inclusion of PHILJA Educational Programs in all Conventions/Conferences of Judges and Court Personnel." It is likewise understood that the PROSAPHIL shall inform the PHILJA of all definite and proper arrangements for the staff and lecturers thereof who shall be present at the Fourth National Convention and Seminar.

The President of the PROSAPHIL shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the Fourth National Convention and Seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.

This issuance amends Circular No. 35-2000 dated 3 July 2000.
