TO : THE JUDGES AND THE COURT PERSONNIL OF THE FIRST LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA

SUBJECT : ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY AND PROGRAM ON 12 DECEMBER 2014 AT THE FL DY COLISEUM, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA

The judges and the court personnel of the First Level Courts in the Province of Isabela will hold their Annual Christmas Party and Program on 12 December 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the FL Dy Coliseum, Cauayan City, Isabela.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the activity, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in every branch/office to attend to official business or transactions.

Hon. Mary Jane Socan-Soriano, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Cauayan City, Isabela, shall submit a report on the activity with a complete list of all judges and court personnel who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
