ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERSOF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY MEETING ON DECEMBER 9 TO 10, 2010 AT THE SWISS INN, PACO PARK MANILA

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its quarterly meeting on December 9 to 10, 2010 at the Swiss Inn, Paco Park Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of cancelled hearings, if any.

Judge Maria Zoraida S. Zabat Tuazon, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meetings.
