SUBJECT:

SUBMISSION OF DATA REGARDING SMUGGLING AND OTHER CUSTOMS RELATED CASES

Pursuant to the resolution of the Court En Banc dated March 8, 2008 in A. M. No. 08-3-03-0. ; in order to determine the actual number of cases on smuggling and other customs related cases filed in court, the Office of the Court Administrator was directed to require all courts to submit a report on the number of cases involving smuggling and other customs related cases.

In this connection, you are hereby directed to : (a) CONDUCT an inventory of all pending cases involving smuggling and other customs related cases in your court; and (b) SUBMIT a report thereon to this Office thru the Court Management Office, within ten-(10) days upon receipt of notice.
