AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES-CEBU CITY STATION, SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES AND PAIRING COURT JUDGES OF REGION 6, 7, AND 8 AT THE SEMINAR ON THE FINANCIAL LIQUIDATION AND SUSPENSION OF PAYMENT (FLSP) RULES OF PROCEDURE

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American Bar Association-Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI) will conduct a Seminar on the Financial Liquidation and Suspension of Payments (FLSP) Rules of Procedure for Court of Appeals Justices (Cebu City Station), Special Commercial Court Judges and Pairing Court Judges of Regions 6, 7 and 8 on June 22, 2016, Wednesday, at Marco Polo Hotel, Cebu City.
