TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT: 5 th NATIONAL BIENNIAL CONVENTION AT THE LEYTE PARK HOTEL, TACLOBAN CITY ON 29, 30 AND 31 MAY 2002

The First Level Clerks of Courts Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold its 5th National Biennial Convention at the Leyte Park Hotel, Tacloban City on 29, 30, and 31 May 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of convention.
