TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries with Quasi-Banking Functions
For your information and guidance, Circular No. 100 dated December 28, 1995 is hereby clarified in that Subsection 3239.3 of Book III of the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries is also amended pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 1378 dated December 6, 1995.
