RMO No. 95-98 — Sets the revenue target of the BIR for CY 1999 Digest

REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER No. 95-98 issued December 17, 1998 sets the revenue target of the BIR for CY 1999 as well as prescribes the methodology to determine the following: i) the estimated CY 1999 regional goal allocation; ii) the regional goals for each major type of taxes; and iii) the monthly allocation of the regional goals. Moreover, the Regional Directors are required to submit to the Statistics Division on or before January 15, 1999 the distribution of regional goals, by RDO, by month and by type of taxes, following Tables 3 to 8 of the Order.
