SUBJECT : Stolen Bonds, Forged US$ Draft and Counterfeit Traveller's Cheques

Attached for your reference and guidance are messages from ICPO-Interpol General Secretariat regarding the following:

1. existence of counterfeit traveller's cheques supposedly issued by the Commercial Bank of Canada, Place Ville Marie, Montreal HB3, 4M7 Quebec, which is a non-existing entity;

2. existing of forged US$ drafts supposedly issued by the Bank of Valleta. References to Bank of Valleta's signatories are forged; and

3. existence of bonds stolen during an armed robbery of an unmarked mail van in the City of London. Please be guided accordingly.
