TO: ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON APRIL 30, 2007 AT LAS PIÑAS CITY

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting on April 30, 2007 at Max's Restaurant, Alabang-Zapote Rd., Pamplona, Las Pinas City at 11:00 o'clock in the morning.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Guillermo P. Agloro, President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
