SUBJECT

: SEMINAR - WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS ON APRIL 12, 1997 IN ILOILO CITY

The judges of lloilo City, in coordination with the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA), will conduct a seminar-workshop on " Total Quality Management In courts (TQM)" for all judges of Negros Occ, clerks of court, branch clerks of court and legal researchers of lloilo City, Aklan, Capiz, Antique and Guimaras on April 12,1997.

The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds If authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten(10) days from date of the seminar-workshop.
