TO: ALL MEMBERS OF LAKAN-HUKOM (Bulacan Judges Confederation), Inc.

SUBJECT: LAKAN-HUKOM LECTURE SERIES TO BE HELD ON 20 AND 27 AUGUST, 10 AND 17 SEPTEMBER 2004

In connection with the request of LAKAN-HUKOM, through its Secretary, Judge Manuel D.J. Siayngco, the attendance of its member-judges in the whole-day seminars to be conducted by the said organization for law enforcers and local officials to be held on the following dates and at the following .venues shall be considered on official time:

1. 20 August 2004

— Norzagaray, Bulacan

2. 27 August 2004

— Sta. Maria, Bulacan

3. 10 and 17 September 2004

San Jose del Monte City

Judges who will attend the said event must see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
