SUBJECT:
PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) CALOOCAN CITY CHAPTER SPORTSFEST ON MAY 30, 2011 AND EVERY FRIDAY THEREAFTER
The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Caloocan City Chapter will sponsor a Sports festival starting on May 30, 2011 and thereafter every Friday at 3:00 in the afternoon.
Participants of the aforecited activity are hereby authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME. The Executive Judge/Presiding Judges concerned shall see to it that the Sportsfest on May 30, 2011 shall start at 8:00 A.M. and the subsequent activities every Friday shall be scheduled starting at 4:00 PM, so as not to disrupt the business of the court.
Ms. Azucena A. Berania, Chapter President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the sports festival within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said events.
