Counsel for petitioner manifested that the respondent already issued a Tax Credit Certificate subject of this case on October 7, 2013 which was confirmed by counsel for respondent. Thereafter, counsel for petitioner moved for the dismissal of this case, which the Court granted. As prayed for, the Petition to Cite Respondent for Indirect Contempt was DISMISSED and the above-captioned case was considered CLOSED and TERMINATED. SO ORDERED.
