RE:

ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR AT TACLOBAN CITY ON 28 TO 31 AUGUST 2002

The Metropolitan and City Court Judges Association of the Philippines will hold its annual convention-seminar at Tacloban City on 28 to 31 August 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report of the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the said convention.
