Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document No. (DE/S) 96-00447 dated 29 April 1996, evidencing registration of foreign direct investment of EDS World Corporation (Far East) and Nominees, USA in EDS Electronic Data Systems (Philippines), Inc., has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
