SUBJECT : UN Security Council Resolution No. 864 (1993) Imposing an Arms and Oil Embargo Against the Territory of Angola other than through Points of Entry Named by the Government of Angola
Pursuant to the UN Secretary Council Resolution No. 864 dated September 15, 1993 and the Note Verbale dated October 6, 1993 for the Permanent Mission of Angola to the United Nations, as transmitted to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in the attached letters of the Department of Foreign Affairs (with enclosures), please be advised of the imposition of arms and oil embargo against the territory of Angola controlled by the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA) except through the following entry points designated by the Angolian Government:
Airports 1. Luanda 2. Katumbela, Benguela Province
Ports 1. Luanda 2. Lobito, Benguela Province 3. Namibe, Namibe Province 4. Malongo, Cabinda
