For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 27 February 2006, in Administrative Case No. 6651 entitled, "Eduardo P. Meneses vs. Atty. Rodolfo P. Macalino" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Rodolfo P. Macalino from the practice of law for one (1) year, effective upon finality of the decision.

The decision was received by the respondent on 20 March 2006. Respondent did not file any motion for reconsideration.
