TO : ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP), INC.

SUBJECT : 11 TH BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 17 TO 19 FEBRUARY 2016 AT THE LA CARMELA DE BORACAY HOTEL, MALAY, AKLAN

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), Inc. will hold its 11 th Biennial National Convention and Seminar with the theme "Moving Forward with Judicial Innovations and Reforms" on 17 to 19 February 2016 at the La Carmela de Boracay Hotel, Malay, Aklan.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Ms. Cielo V. Pardo, National President of the Association shall submit a report regarding the convention (including the complete list of the personnel who attended the convention) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
