ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN ILOILO CITY, ILOILO AND GUIHULNGAN CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL

SUBJECT :

TWO (2) DAYS WORK SUSPENSION ON FEBRUARY 9 AND 10, 2012

In view of the reports on the devastating damage/s of the recent 6.9 earthquake magnitude that hit your areas, the court operations of the abovementioned lower courts are SUSPENDED from February 9 and 10; 2012. However, to effectively address the concerns of the courts and personnel affected by said calamity, you are hereby DIRECTED to: (a) DETERMINE the damage on the Hall of Justice/building, court records and properties, as well as the needs of the court personnel affected thereby, and (b) SUBMIT, within seven (7) days from notice, a REPORT on the action already taken as regards the condition of the court, records and properties and assistance, if any, has been given to the employees; and RECOMMEND other actions that need to be taken with the assistance of the Office of the Court Administrator.
