SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. ROLANDO B. ARELLANO FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) YEARS AND PERMANENT DISQUALIFICATION FROM BEING COMMISSIONED AS NOTARY PUBLIC
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 20 June 2017 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 11480, entitled "Arlene Villaflores-Puza v. Atty. Rolando B. Arellano," to wit:
WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Rolando B. Arellano is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for three (3) years and PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED from being commissioned as a Notary Public.
This order is IMMEDIATELY EXECUTORY.
Per respondent's letter dated 21 July 2017, he received personally a copy of the aforesaid Decision on 19 July 2017.
