ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY COURT JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT: BOARD MEETING ON FEBRUARY 25, 2000 AT MTCC, BRANCH 3, ANGELES CITY

The Board of Directors of the Metropolitan and City Court Judges Association of the Philippines will hold a board meeting on February 25, 2000 at the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, Angeles City (Office of Judge Aida E. Layug).

The concerned judges are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICL4L TIME but they should see to it that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
