SUBJECT : AMENDMENTS TO THE GAMING SITE REGULATORY MANUALS ON SITE LOCATION AREA REQUIREMENTS AND PLAYER REGISTRATION

Please be advised that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved the following in its meeting held on May 3, 2017:

1. Implementation of the Operators' own player membership system or the PAGCOR-developed eBingo player membership system at traditional bingo gaming sites on or before July 1, 2017; and

2. Implementation and inclusion of amendments to the provisions on site location a) Gaming Site Regulatory Manual (GSRM) version 3.0 (Electronic Games); and b) Gaming Site Regulatory Manual (GSRM) version 3.0 (Bingo Games). area requirements and player registration of the following regulatory manuals:
