FILING FEE FOR FORCIBLE ENTRY UNLAWFUL DETAINER CASES

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the resolution of the Court En Bane dated April 8, 2003 issued in A.M. No. 03-3-.69-MTCC.

"(a) in forcible entry and unlawful detainer cases where no damages/costs are prayed for, a filing fee of P 150.00, pursuant to Sec. 8(c), Rule 141, as amended, shall be collected; and

(b) in cases where interest damages of whatever kind, attorney's fees, litigation expenses and/or costs are prayed for, an amount equivalent to that indicated in the schedule of payments under Sec. S(a), Rule 141,' as amended, shall be collected, in addition to the amount of P150.00 prowled for in Sec. 8(c)."
