SUBJECT:

MEETING O N 3, 4 AND 5 APRIL 2003 AT LAGUNA

The meeting of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters (PHILACI) scheduled on 3, 4 and 5 April 2003 at Bacolod City has been moved to Splash Mountain Resort, Los Banos, Laquna on the same dates.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should seek written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and provided that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting. This amends OCA Circular No. 13-2003 dated 14 March 2003.
