The integrated Bar of the Philippines, Baguio-Benguet Chapter, in coordination with the Office of the City. Prosecutor of Baguio, the Department of Interior and Local Government and the Commission on Human Rights, will hold a Seminar on the Witness Protection Program (RA 6981); Arrest, Search and Seizure, Custodial Investigation; and the Law defining certain rights of persons arrested, detained or under custodial interrogation (RA 7438) on October 14, 1992, in Baguio City,

All judges concerned are hereby urged to attend . the seminar. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.
