AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE PROVINCES OF BENGUET AND LA UNION IN THE JURIS ADVOCACY FORUM

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a half-day JURIS Advocacy Forum for Judges, Clerics of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the provinces of Benguet (Baguio City, La Trinidad, Bugias, and Bugias-Bakun) and La Union (San Fernando, Agoo, Bauang, and Balaoan) on 13 October 2005 at the Baguio Country Club, Country Club Road, Baguio City.

The attendance of the participants in the forom shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges shall see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Forum, and that the parties are notified in advance for any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants is allowed.
