REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6720 - AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 28 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF WENCESLAO Q. VINZONS, SR., PATRIOT AND MARTYR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. In order to celebrate the birth anniversary of Wenceslao Q. Vinzons, Sr., September 28 of each year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in Province of Camarines Norte.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
