AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE 1st AND 2nd LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF THE 3rd JUDICIAL REGION BATCH I (BULACAN AND PAMPANGA) IN THE 7th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court of the 1st and 2nd level trial courts of the 3rd Judicial Region Batch I (Bulacan and Pampanga) are enjoined to attend and participate in the 7th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA). The seminar shall be held from 23 to 25 August 2005 at the Manila Pavilion Hotel, United Nations Avenue corner Maria Orosa Street, Taft Avenue, Manila.

Sessions for Judges shall be from 23 to 25 August 2005. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar shall attend the sessions from 23 to 24 August 2005. Branch Clerks of Court who are not members of the Bar shall attend the session on 23 August 2005 only.

The participating Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the seminar.

Attendance in the seminar is MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from the seminar venue will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
