TO: JUDGES OF TE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT: NATIONAL CONVENTION OF SOLEMNIZING OFFICERS

The National Statistics Office (NSO) through its Office of the Civil Registrar General will conduct a National Convention of Solemnizing Officers on August 4-6, 2009 at the SMX Convention Center , SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City .

Each participant will be charged with a convention fee of P3,600.00 to cover the expenses for the convention venue, materials and other related expenses.

Henceforth, the attendance of all judges interested to participate m the above-mentioned convention shall be on OFFICIAL TIME provided that the court calendar is properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.
