TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS

SUBJECT:

4 th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY FROM MAY 16-19, 2006 AT THE VILLA CACERES HOTEL, MAGSAYSAY AVENUE , NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR.

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI) will hold its 4 th National Convention and General Assembly from May 16-19, 2006 at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue , Naga City , Camarines Sur.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Gilbert B. Serrano, President, PHILACI, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the assembly.
