TO : THE OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT : BI-MONTHLY MEETING ON 24 MARCH 2017 AT THE EL GRANDE RESIDENCES HOTEL AND RESORT, LIPA CITY, BATANGAS

The officers of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their bi-monthly meeting on 24 March 2017 at the El Grande Residences Hotel and Resort, Lipa City, Batangas.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are" properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Racquelen Abary-Vasquez, PJA Secretary General, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
