AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE 1st AND 2nd LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF THE 3rd JUDICIAL REGION BATCH II (BATAAN, NUEVA ECIJA, TARLAC AND ZAMBALES) IN THE 8th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level trial courts of the Third Judicial Region Batch II (Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac and Zambales) are enjoined to attend and participate in the 8th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 27 to 29 September 2005 at the Bayview Park Hotel, Roxas Boulevard corner United Nations Avenue, Manila.

Sessions for Judges shall be from 27 to 29 September 2005. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar shall attend the sessions on 27 and 28 September 2005, while those who are not members of the Bar will attend the sessions on 27 September 2005 only.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
