RESUMPTION OF REGULAR SCHEDULE OF OFFICE HOURS

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3 of Memorandum Circular No. 81 entitled "Implementing the Staggered Working Time in the Executive Department in Relation to the Other Branches of Government and the Private Sector in Metro Manila During the Christmas Season from December 15, 2004 to January 6, 2005," issued on 14 December 2004 by Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the official schedule of working hours in the courts of all levels in the Metro Manila Area was reset from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.;

WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular No. 81 is effective from 15 December 2004 to January 6, 2005 only;

NOW, THEREFORE, effective 7 January 2005, the regular schedule of office hours, i.e., the schedule in force before 15 December 2004, with approved flexitime, shall be observed in all courts in the Metro Manila Area.

This Administrative Circular, to be implemented by the Office of the Court Administrator, shall take effect upon its issuance.
