TO : ALL CONCERNED COURT EMPLOYEES IN THE CITIES AND PROVINCE OF CEBU
SUBJECT : AWARDING CEREMONY FOR OUTSTANDING COURT EMPLOYEES ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2013 AT THE CAPITOL SOCIAL HALL, CAPITOL COMPOUND, CEBU CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City Chapter will hold an awarding ceremony for Outstanding Court Employees on September 26, 2013 at the Capitol Social Hall, Capitol Compound, Cebu City.
All court employees who are awardees in the ceremony are hereby authorized to attend the same, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
Atty. Mae Elaine T. Bathan, President of IBP Cebu City Chapter, shall submit a report on the activity with complete list of court employees who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
