SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION ON JUNE 18-20, 2003 TO BE HELD AT THE CEBU NORMAL UNIVERSITY, CEBU CITY

The Court Librarians Association of the Philippines (CLAPHIL) will hold its First National Convention with the theme "Court Librarians: An Effective Call for Continuing Research Services for the Judiciary" to be held at the Cebu Normal University, Cebu City, on June 18-20, 2003, to be hosted by the RTC, Law Library, Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that they secure the written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
