SUBJECT : ALL ASSISTING JUDGES ASSIGNED TO REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION, HOLDING OFFICE AT JUDICIARY PLANNING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OFFICE (JPDIO)

In the interest of the service and pursuant to Sec. 5, par. (3), Art VIII of the Constitution and Memorandum Circular No. 1-89 dated June 13, 1989, you are hereby authorized to assist in the early disposal and resolution of "Inherited Cases" pending in the National Capital Judicial Region as well as in Regions III, IV and V.
