TO: THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY CLERKS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (JCAP)

SUBJECT: NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON 21 TO 23 FEBRUARY 2018 AT THE GRAND CONVENTION CENTER, CEBU CITY

The Judiciary Clerks Association of the Philippines (JCAP) will hold its National Convention/Seminar with the theme "Judiciary Clerks Embracing the Challenge of Modern Technology" on 21 to 23 February 2018 at The Grand Convention Center, Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the national convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Mr. Edmund Sanchez De Javing, President of JCAP, shall submit a report on the convention/seminar with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
