SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF ATTY. PABLITO M. CASTILLO

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Third Division dated 13 April 2015 in Administrative Case No. 10581 entitled "Amada S. Villarosa, et al. vs. Atty. Pablito M. Castillo," to wit:

The Court resolves to AFFIRM the Resolution Nos..XX-2012-554 and XXI-2014-120 dated December 15, 2012 and March 22, 2014, respectively, by the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, there being no reversible error in the report and Recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in CBD Case No. 03-1181; and SUSPEND respondent Atty. Pablito M. Castillo from the practice of law for one (1) year.

Respondent received this Resolution on 1 June 2015.
