AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION X IN THE MULTI-SECTORAL CAPACITY-BUILDING ON ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR), the United States Department of the Interior (USDOI) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) will conduct a Multi-Sectoral Capacity-Building on Environmental Laws and the Rules of Procedure on Environmental Cases for Judges, Branch Clerks of Court, Prosecutors, and Public Attorney's Office (PAO) Lawyers of Region X on March 28 to 30, 203 2 at the Mallberry Business Suites Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City.
