SUBJECT: : COPIES OF DISMISSED DRUG CASES

The Office of the Court Administrator is presently conducting a study on drug cases resolved by the courts. To enable the OCA to come up with a more comprehensive study, all trial courts are ORDERED to furnish this Office with copies of all decisions dismissing drug cases, including provisional dismissals, beginning January 2013. The required copies of decisions shall be mailed through regular postal service to this Office at:
