RE:

MEETING AT BAGUIO CITY ON 28 JUNE 2002

The Board of Officers and regional Directors of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its meeting at Baguio City on 28 June 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10 ) days from the date meeting.
