SUBJECT: VIDEO-TAPE VIEWING OF “MANDATORY MEDIATION IN PRE TRIAL"

In connection with the on-going Pilot Testing of Mediation in the Regional Trial Courts and Metropolitan Trial Courts of the Cities of Mandaluyong and Valenzuela, Metro Manila, approved by the Supreme Court in its en banc Resolution dated June 22, 1999, in A.M. No. 99-6-01-SC PHILJA, the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will hold a Video Tape Viewing of "Mandatory Mediation In Pre-Trial" on January 21, 2000, at 2:00 P.M. at the Conference Room of the Court of Appeals. The implementors of this Pilot Testing activity can attend this viewing session and such attendance shall be on official time.

PHILJA shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator not later than Tuesday, January 25, 2000, the names of the Judges and Clerks/Branch Clerks of Court of the above courts, who attended the session.
