SUBJECT

National Executive Meeting of the CLERAP National Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees

The National Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Court [Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) shall have their [National Executive Meeting on 15 and 16 April 1999 at the Hall of Justice, Iloilo City.

The CLERAP National Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees are hereby authorized to attend the National Executive Meeting on official time, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges and/or [Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance at the National Executive Meeting [shall be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) [days from the adjournment of such meeting.
