TO: BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

SPECIAL MEETING ON JUNE 24 and 25, 2004 AT LUCENA CITY

The Board of Officers of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold a special meeting on June 24 and 25, 2004 at Lucena City, in preparation for its biennial national convention and seminar.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

The President of the association shall submit to this office a complete report on the attendance within ten (10) days after the said meeting.
