TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON MAY 21 TO 23, 2014 AT THE NEW CITY HALL, MAKATI CITY

The national officers and board of directors of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold their board meeting on May 21 to 23, 2014 at the 22 nd Floor, New City Mall, Makati City.

In connection therewith, the following FLECCAP national officers and board of directors are hereby authorized to attend the board meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar:
