SUBJECT:

8TH BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON OCTOBER 20-22, 2010 IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Court Legal Association of the Philippines, Inc. and Seminar Researchers' (CLERAP) will hold its 8th Biennial National Convention Workshop on October 20 to 22, 2010 in Cagayan de Oro City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Charlie A. Regilme, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
