ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL CLERKS OF COURT III OF THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS

SUBJECT:

2ND NATIONAL CONVENTION ON NOVEMBER 27, 26 & 29, 1996, AT THE PALACE OF JUSTICE, PROVINCIAL CAPITOL BUILDING, OSMEÑA AVENUE, CEBU CITY

The Union of Clerks of Court of the Philippines, headed by Ramon O. Reyes, National President, will be conducting its Second Convention for all Clerks of Court III of the Metropolitan Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, Municipal Trial Courts and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts on November 27, 28 & 29, 1996, at the Palace of Justice, Provincial Capitol Building, Osmena Avenue, Cebu City.

The Clerks of Courts III concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the convention by the authorized officer.
